Diverse breakfast options

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the waffles! The wellness area was a fun hit with the kids, providing a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Copenhagen. Plus, the staff were accommodating and worked hard even during busy times.

In my wife’s opinion, the family room felt cramped for our crew of six. It would be great if they offered more space for families with multiple children.

The breakfast was great and offered a substantial variety. The staff were friendly and they even had leisure activities for kids like mini-golf and a playground even though we didn't get to try them due to the weather.

The Standard Family Room was pretty spacious and had a unique bunk bed setup for the kids, which was a hit! Everything felt clean, and I really appreciated the large window letting in natural light. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy from outside traffic at times. But overall, it was a solid choice for our family stay.

The dinner options left much to be desired, with a surprisingly short menu and limited choices for vegetarians. After a long day, the only dinner options I could consider were a Caesar salad with no chicken or a basic soup. Also, the location is noisy due to nearby traffic, which might disrupt a good night's sleep for sensitive folks. Parking charges felt steep, particularly at 0.61 euro per kWh for electric vehicle charging.

Our family room felt cramped and poorly equipped. We struggled with bunk beds for two small children, which were unsafe and unusable. Additionally, the lack of a small fridge made it difficult to care for our one-year-old's needs. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for families.
